Business Analyst
Our client is looking to build a new data centre organisation and is seeking a Business Analyst to join the ranks and help propel the firm forward. This is a role that holds significant importance with decision-makers relying on the Business Analysts’ insights and expertise in guiding their judgement.
As a Business Analyst, you'll immerse yourself in the dynamic world of data-centric decision-making, where your sharp analytical abilities and unwavering curiosity for dissecting the complexities of contemporary businesses will be your guiding strengths.
Role Expectations:
- Ability to Interpret data using analytics, research methodologies and statistical techniques.
- Ability to properly visually present results.
- Prepare, analyse, and summarise operational results for use by various key stakeholders, creating reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts
- Conduct full lifecycle of analytics projects (including pulling, processing and exporting data)
- Evaluate key performance indicators, provide ongoing reports, and recommend business plan updates
- Improve, execute, and effectively communicate significant analyses that identify meaningful trends and opportunities across the business.
- Participate in meetings regularly with managers to assess issues and to identify and implement improvements for more efficient operations
- Provide strong, timely financial and business analytics for decisions by partners and organisational stakeholders
- Develop actionable roadmaps for improving workflows and processes
Ideal Candidate:

- Advanced analytical skills, with experience collecting, organising, and disseminating abundant information accurately
- Ability to write reports
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- Understanding of Computer Networks, data centre operations & and processes. CPU, GPU basics, and HPC/AI - will be qualified as benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), preferably in computer science, mathematics, business management, or economics
- Deep experience in managing budgets
- Ability to present findings in a polished way
- Proficiency with statistics and dataset analytics (using SAS, Excel, SQL, )
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with an innovative approach to business planning.
