As CEO, you will be responsible for leading the company's growth and development, including fund sourcing, team building, and strategic planning.

The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of success in building and scaling start-ups in the blockchain industry. They will be a strategic thinker, capable of identifying and capitalising on emerging opportunities. Additionally, they will possess exceptional leadership skills, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.

As the CEO, you will:

- Play a key role in driving this mission forward.

- Be responsible for building a world-class management team and partnering with recognised fundraising platforms, charities, and celebrity foundations.

- Work closely with the team to ensure that the company's proprietary funding models and staking platforms continue to lead the industry.

Requirements:

- 10+ years of relevant experience in a leadership position, preferably in the blockchain and crypto industry, fundraising, or finance.

- Strong strategic planning and execution skills with a proven track record of achieving ambitious goals.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, investors, and team members.

- Ability to build and manage high-performing teams with diverse backgrounds and skill sets.

- Deep knowledge and understanding of the blockchain and crypto industry, including DeFi, NFTs, and fundraising.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach.

- Strong financial acumen and experience in fundraising and financial management.

- Bachelor's degree in a related field, Master's degree preferred.

This is a highly compensated position, with a salary plus equity/tokens.

The company is open to candidates working remotely from anywhere in the United States, although ideally, they would prefer someone based in the US.
