Chief Technology Officer

Our client, a blockchain-focused venture studio, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead their technical team and provide strategic direction for their technology initiatives. As the CTO, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of the company's projects, including research and development, product development, and technical operations.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement the company's technical strategy, including research and development, product development, and technical operations.
Lead and mentor the technical team, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work and continuously improving the company's technical capabilities.
Identify emerging technology trends and opportunities and recommend strategies for implementing new technologies that will benefit the company.
Oversee the development and implementation of the company's technology roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and sales, to develop technology solutions that meet the needs of the business and its customers.
Ensure the security and integrity of the company's technical infrastructure, data, and systems.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and vendors, including technology providers and service providers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a technology leadership role, preferably within the blockchain or fintech industry.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, smart contract development, and decentralized applications.
Experience with software development methodologies, such as agile and DevOps.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic decisions.
Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.
