Role Expectations:
- Evangelism: Passionately promote and champion our client's ecosystem within the existing retail community following.
- Community Growth: Strategise and implement plans to expand the retail community while deepening engagement among existing members.
- Public Speaking: Articulately represent our client at conferences, focusing on advocating for the ecosystem and products, particularly to retail audiences.
- Event Organisation: Plan and execute retail-centric events at prominent conferences to further promote our client's ecosystem and connect with potential enthusiasts.
- Retail Ambassador Program Management: Oversee the retail ambassador program, ensuring regional ambassadors are well-prepared, guided, and motivated to advocate for our client's offerings.
Ideal Candidate:
- A substantial existing retail community following with a proven ability to engage and grow such communities.
- Strong public speaking skills and experience in representing brands or ecosystems at major events or conferences.
- Prior experience in community management and organising events.
- A comprehensive understanding of the client's ecosystem, products, and the broader blockchain landscape.
- Track record in managing ambassador programs or similar community-focused initiatives.
- Acute awareness of market sentiments and trends with the ability to adapt strategies swiftly to leverage emerging opportunities.
- A genuine passion for our client's ecosystem and a deep belief in its potential.
- Innovative mindset, continuously seeking novel ways to engage the community and broaden our outreach.
- Strong networking abilities, particularly within the retail and blockchain communities.
- Understanding of regulatory landscapes and their influence on community sentiments.
