- Engagement: Cultivate strong relationships with influencers and stakeholders in the Asian community, establishing the foundation for robust partnerships.
- Market Insight: Identify and engage with key influencers and trendsetters, comprehending local dynamics to maintain Flare's prominence.
- Promotion: Enthusiastically represent Flare in Asia, advocating FLR to retail investors, ensuring a clear understanding and resonance with our value proposition.
- Team Leadership: Potential to lead and mentor a team of local ambassadors, ensuring consistent representation across various Asian regions.
Ideal Candidate:
- A robust understanding of the Asian market, its dynamics, and influential figures.
- Demonstrable experience in community engagement, ambassadorship, or relevant roles.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build lasting relationships.
