Demand Generation Specialist
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Demand Generation Specialist to join their team. The client is a fast-growing organisation within the B2B Media space and their plans for expansion are nothing short of extraordinary.
- Develop and execute comprehensive demand-generation strategies to drive high-quality leads, revenue growth, and customer advocacy.
- Implement effective retention programs to maximise customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive lead generation.
- Utilise digital marketing channels such as Google AdWords, remarketing, social media, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms to reach and engage potential leads.
- Manage and optimise lead nurturing campaigns, ensuring effective conversion of leads into customers.
- Leverage CRM systems, specifically HubSpot, to enhance lead management, customer segmentation, and personalised marketing initiatives.
- Analyse campaign performance data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Work closely with internal commercial teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support their initiatives effectively.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation and CRM to ensure the company remains at the forefront of innovation.
- Proven experience as a Demand/Lead Generation Manager or a similar role.
- Demonstrated success in driving high-quality leads and revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in utilising Google AdWords, remarketing strategies, social media platforms, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
- Proficiency in utilising HubSpot or similar CRM systems to manage lead generation, customer segmentation, and personalised marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to derive insights from campaign data.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build successful relationships with internal commercial teams.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Familiarity with the media industry or related fields is a plus.
This is a remote position however as you will be working closely with one of the Leadership team who is based in London, UK individuals are much preferred.
