Ecosystem Lead

Role Expectations:
- Event Attendance and Planning: Take the lead in identifying industry events, planning participation, managing logistics, and representing the company effectively.
- Public Relations: Collaborate with the marketing team to strategise and execute PR campaigns. Serve as the primary contact for media inquiries and coordinate PR activities.
- Partner Relations & Coordination: Cultivate relationships with non-network partners, ensuring smooth communication for mutual growth.
- Market Development: Lead the expansion into new exchange markets, particularly focusing on regions like Korea and Japan. Establish connections and pioneer regional ambassador programs.
- Relationship Building: Engage with our client’s community, strategising campaigns to promote community involvement in network products and partnerships.
- Validator/FTSO/Data Provider Relations: Nurture relationships with validators, FTSO providers, and data providers, expanding the community through strategic management.
- Governance Execution: Play an active role in the governance process, ensuring effective communication and execution of decisions.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in partner relations, PR, and market development.
- Strong blockchain and crypto ecosystem network, especially within targeted regions like Korea and Japan.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Understanding of our client’s community dynamics and governance processes within the blockchain space.
- Proactive approach and strategic thinking for identifying growth opportunities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and multitask effectively.
- Cultural sensitivity and adaptability for international market dealings.
