- Content Curation: Curate a diverse and appealing catalogue catering to European preferences and cultural nuances.
- Scheduling and Planning: Create content schedules ensuring a balanced mix of genres, languages, and release dates for maximum viewership and engagement.
- Budget Management: Efficiently manage budgets related to content acquisition and programming, allocating resources to acquire desired content rights.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor acquired content performance through viewership data, ratings, and user feedback to make informed decisions on programming renewal or discontinuation.
