Lead Community Manager
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Lead Community Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing their Customer Success plan, engaging with our users, and fostering a sense of community within our client's platform. You will work closely with the marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure our users have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute the Retention and Customer Success plan developed by the Team Lead
Handle and resolve community-related concerns, acting as a liaison between the company and its users.
Engage with our client's community across various channels, including our messaging platform, and social media
Address user feedback, feature requests, and support issues, ensuring a timely and satisfactory resolution
Create and manage community events, such as Twitter Spaces, webinars, and networking sessions
Collaborate with the content team to develop and distribute relevant content for each user persona
Create and manage a content calendar to ensure consistent and relevant content across all communication channels.
Monitor and analyse key community engagement metrics and KPIs, providing recommendations for improvement
Develop and maintain relationships with key community members, including Web3 startup founders and partners
Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in community management and marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
3+ years of experience in community management, preferably within the Web3, blockchain, or cryptocurrency industry
Strong understanding of customer success and user retention strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience with messaging platforms like Discord or Slack
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for the Web3 ecosystem and a deep understanding of its trends and developments
