Role Overview:

As the Demand/Lead Generation Executive, you'll be a cornerstone of our client's growth journey. Your mandate? Elevate marketing operations, drive impeccable demand generation, and refine customer relationship management (CRM). This role requires strategic acumen, an ability to excel under pressure, and a proven record of delivering exceptional digital lead campaigns and nurturing strategies. Proficiency in Google AdWords, social media, LinkedIn, and HubSpot is a must.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute dynamic demand generation strategies for high-quality leads, revenue growth, and customer advocacy.
  • Implement retention programs to enhance customer engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns resonating with the target audience and propelling lead generation.
  • Utilise platforms like Google AdWords, remarketing, social media, LinkedIn, and others to connect with potential leads.
  • Skillfully manage and optimise lead nurturing campaigns, ensuring smooth conversion from leads to customers.
  • Leverage CRM systems (especially HubSpot) to bolster lead management, personalised marketing, and customer segmentation.
  • Analyse campaign performance data, identifying trends and proposing data-driven enhancements.
  • Work in tandem with internal commercial teams to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and effectively bolster their endeavours.
  • Stay ahead by staying informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in demand generation and CRM.


Requirements:

  • Proven triumph as a Demand/Lead Generation Executive or Manager or in a parallel capacity.
  • Demonstrated capacity to drive high-quality leads and revenue growth through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords, remarketing, social media, and LinkedIn for lead generation.
  • Mastery of HubSpot or analogous CRM systems for lead management, customer segmentation, and personalised marketing.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at extracting insights from campaign data.
  • Excellent project management skills, adept at prioritisation and meeting deadlines.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to nurture relationships with internal commercial teams.
  • Entrepreneurial acumen and adaptability in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with the media industry or related domains is advantageous.


Perks and Compensation:

  • Competitive salary bracket of £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
