Our client is looking for a Marketing Lead to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and adoption of our cross-border payment blockchain solutions. As a Marketing Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams (product, bizdev, tech, etc.) to create targeted marketing campaigns and product messaging that resonates with our target audience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, user acquisition, and adoption of our cross-border payment blockchain solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create targeted marketing campaigns and product messaging that resonates with our target audience.
- Manage and oversee a variety of marketing projects, including content creation, community, public relations, events, and partner marketing initiatives.
- Monitor, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed to maximize ROI and meet business objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key industry influencers, strategic partners, and media outlets to amplify our messaging and increase visibility in the blockchain and cross-border payment space.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, competitive landscape, and Web3 ecosystem developments to ensure our marketing efforts remain relevant and effective.
- Manage the marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently and optimising spend for maximum impact.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the blockchain, fintech, or payment industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns for B2B audiences.
- Deep understanding of the blockchain industry, Polkadot ecosystem, and cross-border payment market.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building strong relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and content management systems.
- A self-starter with a growth mindset, strong problem-solving abilities, and a passion for innovation.
