Job Description:
We are currently looking for a Recruitment and Onboarding Officer who is passionate about the latest cutting-edge trends in web3, blockchain, crypto, metaverse, and the most Techie positions. Our client is building the first Decentralised Social Metaverse and the Digital Identity of humans, which includes building different innovative products using blockchain technology and token standards.
Responsibilities:
- Creating policies and handbooks that detail company recruitment operations.
- Following the recruitment process end to end. From the opening of the PRF to the first day of joining
- Research all the available sources for proper, excellent candidates to join the organisation.
- Conduct the first screening and, if appropriate, follow the internal process for interviews and assessment.
- Emailing new hires with details about the company, including parking information, work schedules, and dress codes.
In addition, you will also:
- Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed.
- Detailing all new hires initial tasks and answering any queries.
- Ensuring new hires have the necessary technical assistance to set up their hardware and software.
- Gathering and filing all paperwork related to new hires, including contracts and non-disclosure agreements.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
- Experience with HR standard software, such as IRIS and MS Office.
- Good working knowledge of HR practices and labour legislation.
- Native English is preferable, any other language would be a bonus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Outstanding communication and organisational skills as well as high attention to detail.
