Our client, a rapidly growing social media company with 11 million followers across multiple social media accounts, is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Community Manager to join their team in Manchester. With a vision to grow their following to 100 million, the ideal candidate will have strong experience in social media community development and management, as well as content, influencer, and creative management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for growing and engaging the social media community

- Manage and moderate all social media accounts, ensuring a positive and professional representation of the brand

- Create and curate high-quality content for social media, including written posts, images, and videos

- Build and manage relationships with influencers, fostering partnerships and collaborations

- Plan and execute creative campaigns to drive engagement and increase the reach of the brand's social media presence

- Analyse social media metrics and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve the effectiveness of the brand's social media strategies

Requirements:

- Strong experience in social media community development and management, including content creation and moderation

- Knowledge of social media metrics and the ability to analyze and interpret data to make informed decisions

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and build relationships with influencers

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

- Fluency in English, with excellent spelling and grammar
