We are currently looking for an experienced, organised, and highly motivated Technical Product Manager. As a Technical Product Manager, you will contribute to advancing our strategy by leading a cross-functional team of talented colleagues to define and execute our roadmap and accelerate our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the planning and management of the product’s technical aspects
- Lead the technical team through the various stages of planning and execution to ensure the best outputs possible
- Come up with relevant goals to measure the technical progress of the product in line with the company’s direction
- Ensure that the technical aspects of the product are delivered and implemented according to the goals
- Ensure that the technical team functions cohesively and effectively as they take on various tasks
- Measure and optimise the performance of said team to ensure smooth technical implementations throughout
Requirements:
- Able to identify, configure and implement all the technical needs of the product
- Have strong leadership qualities along with great communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to effectively lead and manage the technical team throughout the various stages of the product’s technical progress
- Highly motivated and able to function effectively without guidance or supervision
- Have a hands-on approach to leading and management, and are able to execute roles remotely
