Technical Product Manager:
We are currently looking for an experienced, organized, and highly motivated Technical Product Manager. As a Technical Product Manager, you will contribute to advancing our strategy by leading a cross-functional team of talented colleagues to define and execute our roadmap and accelerate our growth.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Take charge of the planning and management of the product’s technical aspects
- Lead the technical team through the various stages of planning and execution to ensure the best outputs possible
- Come up with relevant goals to measure the technical progress of the product in line with the company’s direction
- Ensure that the technical aspects of the product are delivered and implemented according to the goals
- Ensure that the technical team functions cohesively and effectively as they take on various tasks
- Measure and optimise the performance of said team to ensure smooth technical implementations throughout
As a successful candidate, you will have to:
- 5+ years min experience in technical product management or closely related field
- Thorough technical blockchain/crypto knowledge, particularly in Web3 and Layer-0
- Prior experience in B2B/B2C initiatives and end-user experience (data infrastructure, etc.) is preferable
- Past technical involvement in successful product launches (with the associated metrics) is a huge plus
- Able to identify, configure and implement all the technical needs of the product
- Have strong leadership qualities along with great communication and interpersonal skills
