As a User Growth Specialist, you will be at the forefront of pioneering technology, engaging with a diverse user base for a dynamic GameFi platform that combines fantasy gaming, skill-based prediction contests, and crypto trading. This platform is designed for crypto enthusiasts and gaming fans worldwide.
Role Expectations:
- User Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new users to the platform, leveraging both online and offline channels.
- Retention and Engagement: Create initiatives to enhance user engagement and retention, ensuring that users remain active and excited about the platform.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, user preferences, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and other user acquisition channels.
- Analytics: Monitor and analyse user data to track the effectiveness of growth strategies, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
- Community Building: Foster a sense of community among platform users by facilitating discussions, events, and user-generated content.
Ideal Candidate:

- Proven experience in user growth, acquisition, and retention within the cryptocurrency, gaming, or fintech industries.
- A deep understanding of user behaviour and the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and interact with users effectively.
- Creativity and a passion for finding innovative ways to drive growth and engagement.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Familiarity with the USA and UK markets is a plus.
