Web3 Social Community Manager

As the Social Community Manager for our client, you'll play a pivotal role as the face of our client's brand, collaborating closely with the Marketing and Content teams to execute effective social media strategies and elevate community engagement. Your influence will be central in shaping the digital landscape across gaming, Web3, and social media platforms. Knowledge of the gaming industry is advantageous, and familiarity with Web3 is a plus.

Role Expectations:

  • Oversee the daily management of our client's social media channels.
  • Develop and execute a community-building strategy for our client's official Discord and Telegram channels.
  • Collaborate with the Content department to create engaging multimedia content across various social platforms.
  • Partner with the Marketing team to implement community management strategies across platforms like X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram, and TikTok.
  • Work on the development, launch, and management of new competitions and campaigns promoting our client.
  • Analyse social media engagement metrics, providing reports and recommendations to drive continuous engagement.
  • Conduct Web3 market research, stay informed about trends, and contribute to establishing our client as a hub for gaming and Web3.
  • Engage daily with community members and moderators, utilising innovative activations to strengthen relationships with fans.
  • Monitor community sentiment, manage content curation and moderation, and adapt plans to improve outcomes.
  • Provide frequent reports on community sentiment, milestone moments, and engagement tracking against KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years in managing social media communities, preferably in the gaming industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Premiere Pro.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Solid understanding of diverse social media platforms and the ability to execute varied social media strategies.
  • Preferably experienced in Web3, blockchain, or emerging digital products and platforms.
  • Demonstrated practical knowledge in actively participating in Web3 communities.
  • Well-versed in gaming/esports.
  • Creative thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Competent in presenting social media strategies and results to senior leadership.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suitable for a small team environment.
  • Values transparency, open communication, and teamwork.
