#1 tip for an interview: “On time is late!”
As Chief of Staff for Priority Recruitment & Priority Crypto, I will be managing key clients, headhunting in the Crypto/Blockchain arena and taking the lead in managing the Priority Resourcing team.
Having always been an out & proud nerd (my first ever job was in NHS I.T. support) it was natural that my interest in all things tech would lead to Crypto. Personal investment & HODL'ing wasn't enough for me though, so moving into Crypto Recruitment is ideal for me as it allows me to support exciting projects really early in their development.
A successful career in Retail & Sales Management for over 10 years led to a move into Recruitment nearly 10 years ago. #1 tip for an interview – Research the company and engage, not just read the "about us" page!
I joined Priority, because I wanted to work within an exciting and growing company where I could make a difference. I've spent the last 20 years working in recruitment so I know what it takes to find the best people. I head up the Crypto / WEB3 recruitment globally. I’m passionate about blockchain technology and crypto currency and I love being able to help others get involved in these sectors.
Originally I trained as a chef and then progressed to front of house. I went on to become the owner of bars, restaurants and clubs in the UK and Greece. More recently, I have sold three businesses which I successfully built from the ground up.
I was a club and radio DJ, more recently I hosted a conspiracy-focused radio show that broadcasted weekly in six countries.
He has joined us fresh out of the University of Leeds, where he graduated with a degree in Business Economics. He has come aboard the Priority ship to aid us in our latest venture into the crypto-sphere, joining Anders within our blockchain team.
When the Rainford lad isn’t in the office, he’s going through the misery of watching football at Anfield or playing 5-a-side with his mates.

Having spent 4 years studying business management in Spanish at the University of Liverpool, Danny has gained interest in the blockchain/crypto/web3 industry over the years; has decided to join us At Priority on our Crypto Team.
During his leisure time, Danny enjoys playing golf and following Liverpool FC (much to the office's dismay).
